Education
A law graduate of the University of Rzeszów. He undertook advocate training under Daniel Gatner and has been a member of the Bielsko-Biała Bar since 2016.
Practice and experience
Kazimierz focuses on commercial and company law, contracts and employment law. He also represents clients in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings, as counsel and defence lawyer, and handles military-related matters at KMM.LEGAL.
He has participated in international diplomatic and legal meetings in Vienna, including at the International Atomic Energy Agency and the United Nations Office. In July 2017, he was a member of Poland’s official delegation to the 50th session of UNCITRAL.
His internships included Poland’s Permanent Mission in Vienna, the Ministry of Justice, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
Languages and publications
English at B2 level, with a TOEFL iBT certificate, and Italian. He has published on international trade law; his publications can be found in the United Nations Library in Vienna catalogue.
